Don't ignore the red flags and the gut feelings. Read through all these reviews on Glassdoor and make an informed decision about proceeding. I had four interviews with four different people, and those people I met were very friendly, and informative about the company and the role. A couple of technical questions, but mostly conversational and talking about experience. Red flag 1: I was offered the job without them checking my references Red flag 2: They revoked the job offer as they couldn't provide flexible hours (even though they said hours were flexible) Red flag 3: When offered the role I had a list of questions for HR which I sent through email - they decided to call me, and in their own words, "because it would be easier to call rather than to type it all out". Weird. Maybe the company would be good to work for, maybe not- this is just my experience. Trust your gut.
