Started with a phone call with the recruiter. I initially applied for another position but the recruiter called with another role that he thought seemed to fit my experience better. Then had a phone call with the hiring manager and another manager at the location. Proceeded with in-person interview with 2 groups of 2 interviewers. After the in-person, the recruiter called back asking for one more phone call with the senior director. After this last call, the recruiter called me the next day giving me the offer. All in all, the process took about 2 weeks. Nothing but good things to say- the recruiter was prompt and knowledgeable and every employee I came in contact with was willing to give me any information about the company. The interviews were perfect for me because they were more along the lines of good conversations about business and personalities rather than Q and A “formal” interviews.
