I did first and last interview with 2 years experienced HR. He announced me as associate for this position even I have 5 years security experience (multi vendor) + CISSP cert etc.. He mentioned that for this position, the candidates should take initiatives more than the job description. The interview was fun, even the HR mentions topics , he does not aware of. This is the most amateur interview call that I have ever seen
