Entrevista
The selection process was blurry and unclear from the get go. I had one 30-min screening with the recruiter, another one with the hiring manager, 1 long assignment, 1 surprising exercise and 1 extra interview with two unrelated future colleagues.
The lack of transparency and consistency of this company is alarming, as it’s not exactly in its early stages.
I did not get any feedback whatsoever about neither of the two assignments they put me through, and in the end, all I got was a robotic, apathetic rejection email that blatantly disregarded the motivation and energy invested by me.
There are definitely numerous things to work on.

There was a several step interview process. With a test session included. The questions were relevant and from the topics python programming, SQL database, Statistics and Probability. After the test we had a technical interview with a lot of brain teasers regarding probability.

Entrevista
I met with the COO, Head of HR and CEO during the process. Everyone was very friendly, asked challenging and insightful questions and spoke passionately about Sololearn and what they were trying to build. I felt energised by the process and excited by their vision.

I was asked about my experience, but also about my ethos and approach to working with people. I appreciated the obvious care for things I think are important - like employee and candidate experience. I had plenty of time and opportunity to ask my own questions too.
