Submitted CV and CL directly to HR. 2 weeks later invited to HR competency round Waited 2 weeks before a rejection; no feedback. A science background and previous TMT experience might be expected so as I study Psychology I might be disadvantaged. Very disappointed about the lack of feedback as the tone of rejection was apathetic and not tailored at all.

The whole process was very well organised and all the Solon employees I have met were very kind and professional.
