At 50, with more than 27 years of work experience and coming back to full-time work after a sabbatical of close to 10 years as a company founder, I was skeptical whether Solunus will hire me. However, as a club-level Tennis player for more than two decades, I have always believed that age is just a number, and my communication skills will prevail during the interview process.
