There were 3 rounds of interviews in total. 1 with your direct manager. 1 with your direct managers manager. Then finally one group panel with a manager, a member of who would be in your team and a member whom you would closely work with. This took place over several weeks.

First a 30 min teams talk with manager, then make a presentation about your projects in front of you team and some higher manager. Last round is 1 on 1 with every team members.
