Went through two interviews befpre getting ghosted. At the first stage two VPs who were scheduled didn't even show up and the third member was unsure why he was interviewing me. For the second interview (technical), the recruiter who was walking me through the process told me she would provide details for the technical interview format. After waiting 2 days, I followed up yet received no response. On the day of the technical interview, my interviewer was 20 minutes late and asked if I had received the prep from the recruiter. I didn't. The interview proceeded and I was asked to define a list of vocab words. Ultimately I feel the interview process did not provide interviewees an opportunity to highlight their strengths and foreshadow poor communication, especially alarming for a company that is full remote.
