With Somnio, I went through one of the most extensive interview processes I've ever taken part in. Everything started with two separate phone interviews followed by an in person 1 on 1. Once the 1 on 1 was finished I was then given steps to show my written skills by typing up an email and phone script. After my written skills were assessed I was then brought in to do a presentation. Once my first presentation was completed I was then brought back to do the same presentation to the CEO and CFO. After this I was then offered the job, to which I accepted. Although this was a long and in dept, I feel that this interview process really was able to separate the passionate and knowledgeable candidates from the ones who are not.
