Face to face interview with 2 managers at the office in Cork. The whole process seemed very disorganised, they didn't even have a copy of my CV in front of them! Interview was a simple 30 minute face-to-face conversation. I was told after the interview I would hear back soon, I never did. I even emailed the interviewer for feedback but there was no reply. Then, 2 months or so later I received an email from a different recruiter asking me if I wanted to pursue my application for the role. Considering I was being interviewed for a Recruiter role, all this was astonishing.
