Whole process consists of two interviews. Very conversational, no curveball questions. They do a personality assessment to see if your personality is a good fit for the position. I suggest you answer this honestly- if your profile doesn't fit, its not a good fit anyway so be honest! Be prepared to answer questions about personal motivation, teamwork, organization, decision making ability, and ability to interact professionally with potential customers.
