Intro call with the founder then on site interview with the devops lead - we went from very broad questions to deep devops and kubernettes ones. Ultimately it was not a match on either side but the team was freindly and accepting and would concider trying again in the future.

Focus was on scaling, optimizing hardware - they wanted to know specific knowledge on kubernettes, how one would optimize reqeusts on instances, but also more generaly about python, go and rust.

Easy, light conversation. Very positive company and was great company until they had a change in management. Things went downhill. I would not recommend to work with this company.
