Interviewed directly with the people I would be working for. They flew them in from around the world. They asked pertinent questions and I had lots of time for my questions. Very welcoming and respectful of my time and comfort.

All day with multiple people but very little overlap. I didn't have to answer the same questions over and over. They flew me to Santa Barbara and had me stay overnight so I was ready for the interview. Very nicely done and easy for me. First class all the way.
