One of the main interviewers shows a really cold side of Sonos as an employer and left me wondering if I should have cancelled the remaining interviews if this is who they selected to represent the company. When I asked about it I was told she’s just straight to business, that’s fine during work but not when you are trying to get to know each other. Interviews are about interviewing the company too. Plan for at least 3 “rounds” totaling 8 hours or more.
