Entrevista
First, there was a phone screen that lasted 20 to 30 minutes. It took a week to hear back. I advanced to the next round, which was an assignment/project - 3 Google Form questions and an Excel mini project - and heard nothing back for about two weeks. Then, I received a "thanks for applying, we received many applications" type of email...the kind of email you'd receive when not getting to any part of the interview process.

Entrevista
Process consisted of one 1:1 video call with HR, followed by one 1:1 call with the hiring manager. After the two calls, they had me complete an assignment which took at least 1 hour to complete. The process took over 2 months and there was very limited communication, requiring me to follow up 3-4 times every few weeks.
