Recruiter reached out to me to set an interview. Then, when we hop on the call, she proceeds to tell me I'm probably not the right profile for what they are looking for. This was before we even started talking. Then, why did you waste my time in setting up a call? On the call, she's sending me another role and asking me on the fly if I'm interested. This is clearly a super disorganized company and I'm not impressed at all with how they treat candidates and their time.
