One round interview via Microsoft Teams with two interviewers — a team leader and a senior threat analyst. The process started with a brief introduction and high level questions covering role understanding and customer facing experience, followed by technical questions on IOCs, Windows event IDs, process trees, MITRE ATT&CK, and command line knowledge, then three scenario based questions covering analyst disagreements, pen test detection gaps, and shift handover situations. The interviewers were friendly and relaxed throughout.

The process is really challenging and this describes the potential of a candidate in every terms. I would recommend to stay up-to-date with all recent attacks and especially with the basics of systems hacking, powershell or any shell scripting language.
