De sollicitatieprocedure start met cv screening, gevolgd door een technische test en gesprek. Daarna bespreekt men cultuurfit, DevOps ervaring en samenwerking. Tot slot volgt een aanbod, referentiecheck en onboarding, waarbij automatisering, cloud en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan binnen een agile team.
