Entrevista
I applied at Steria, which thereon became Sopra Steria after the merger with Sopra in 2016. The first round was the initial screening round at my university. It was an hour long exam consisting of quantitative questions along with logical reasoning. After the first round, there was another HR round that happened at the university. It was an easy one, most of the questions were generic asking about my experiences, the values I believed in. After shortlisting the candidates that day, they called the candidates in their Noida office. This process took an entire day from 9 am to 7 pm, in fact the office was next to closing. The office interview had three other rounds- Technical 1, Technical 2, Managerial Round. It was overall a good experience, but they are very harsh on the interview process. I got accepted!

The interview process at Sopra Steria for the Software Engineer position was quite easy and straightforward. All the technical questions were strictly based on my resume, previous projects, and core technical competencies.
