They are no Hiring any more, because they don't have any thing to hire for. IT projects are no more left with Steria. They were use to have well renowned Clients such as Barclays, Co-operative financial services, Duetch Bank 2-3 more. Now the current situation is that they are firing people like any thing.
Those who have delicately worked for 10 -20 years with Steria formerly known as Xansa they are also asked to give their resignation with out thinking about them once. People who have genuinely worked are totally demotivated as Steria is not bothering for them any more.
Its very clear Steria have now become a pure BPO / Call center, they are not even trying to bring any new IT project, instead they are not even trying to hold on going handful IT clients.
Situation is really disastrous. Please be aware if you have any offer from Steria. Think and then join.

The interview process at Sopra Steria for the Software Engineer position was quite easy and straightforward. All the technical questions were strictly based on my resume, previous projects, and core technical competencies.

2eme entretien plus complet avec le responsable RH pour approfondir sur les expériences du candidat, des différentes missions et de la future équipe
3ème entretien technique avec un directeur technique.
