I had a very positive experience interviewing with Sopro. Last year, I interviewed for an IT Support role, and the process continued with an internal candidate. This year, I was again in touch with Marija, this time for the Campaign Manager position. I really appreciated the way she approached the process and the attitude she had throughout. She was professional, kind, and made the whole experience feel respectful and comfortable. I am also very grateful that she saw potential in me and the opportunity for growth within Sopro. This time, I decided not to continue further, because I want to focus on developing the skills I already have and continue building in that direction. Even so, out of all the interview processes I have had so far, Sopro remains one of the companies I would gladly return to in the future, and a big reason for that is the positive experience I had with Marija.

Very pleasant experience. Consists of 3 interviews, one online, one assignment and one in person. Everyone involved in the process was very supportive and professional. On the last interview which is in person, they take you through your assignment and you can correct yourself if you've made a mistake and explain your thought process throughout the whole assignment.
