The initial screening was incredibly warm and welcoming—it truly made me feel like I was already part of the team. Every person I’ve spoken with throughout the interview process has only increased my excitement to get to know the entire team. While the interview process is certainly thorough and the questions are challenging, it’s clear there’s a purpose behind the rigor.
