Interview was conducted over a conference call. I didn't feel overwhelmed by the interview either. Just make sure you are honest and upfront about your experiences in previous jobs. You had to complete some online training before actually going into the field.

Show empathy and adaptability. Sorenson values accessibility and communication, so being able to meet people where they are—linguistically or cognitively—is key.
