Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Sotera Defense Solutions (Columbia, MD) em mar. de 2016

Interview process was pretty straight forward. Asked about my resume and my ability to do the job, plus some scenario based questions. I turned them down after I found out that they would own any intellectual property PAST and Present. I have a startup so that was a no go for me. They were very sneaky about hiding that fact. I highly recommend reading your contract before you sign anything.

I was invited to a hiring event that Sotera hosted. The candidates are kept in one room while they wait for an interview in the next room, and if they're interested in you they put you back in the first room, otherwise you get shown out a side door.
The interview itself was incredibly easy and casual. The woman asked general questions about what had brought me to the area and my area of studies. However she didn't seem to have read any of my pre-screening answers and was not aware that I was already processing somewhere else. This fact when brought up was (I'm certain but have no proof) why I was not offered the job. They ask for a 3 year contract, and were having people signing job offers that day, within 2 hours of walking in. It was a very fast, pressured environment.

Met them at a career hiring event. Applied for a position and didn't hear back. 2 months later the intel recruiter reached out and invited me to a hiring event. Met with an employee and chatted for 15 minutes and was offered a position on the spot. Overall smooth process.
