Initial contact was through a in-house recruiter. We meet off site for coffee and a conversation about the local Sothebys office. Next was an interview with owner and managing principal broker present. We met in conference room. Meeting was friendly and informal.

The manager took more than an hour to get to know me, what my goals were, how I thought, and assessed how I would fit in with the company. I felt very welcomed right away.

Entrevista
First, you have to fill out a written questionnaire, not only asking for professional information but also personal information, such as the number of children, which I found inconvenient. There is also a numerical performance self-assessment table that also seemed unreasonable to me, since they could ask in person. The rest went normally but the counterparts are non-existent.
