It was in the lobby area of the studio, where the lockers are so it was very informal. I interviewed with two managers. One assistant studio manager and then the studio manager. It was laid back and I felt extremely comfortable.

They asked about how I heard of SoulCycle, what my favorite song to ride to would be, my previous work experience as a front desk agent, the challenges I faced at my previous job, if I had taken class before, etc.

Very simple and quick. Easy to schedule and met on zoom and was done within 30 minutes of chatting with manager at location. Gave mostly logistics rather than asking questions.

Very casual, met with studio manager and assistant manager. After the initial interview they may invite you in for a free class. Pretty straightforward questioning. Applied and heard back in less than 2 weeks.
