After a 30min video interview, was told to write copy for landing page and create a promotional video of myself. Soulpepper did not get back to me at all. Even when I followed up with my application, I was left with no response.

It was really enjoyable, and the interviewers were really understanding and made you feel really comfortable.
You do two video calls first, and then an in-person interview.
They do basic questions and then move on to some more practical.

I was asked to come check out the office and see what it was like. I was called into a room to discuss with the CEO and a director of culture. We had a 30 minutes discussion about what I was passionate about even before I got into the job specifics.
