My recruiter was Lijo and we had a great discussion about the company and the culture. He discussed the pay package and commission structure. Lijo was very informative and emphasized how much he loved the company which made even more excited to interview. He scheduled a video chat the next day with the two hiring managers. I interviewed with Manny and Ashley via video chat the next day. They were very detailed and thorough about what they expect from their new recruiters. The back and forth between the 3 of us felt like a ping pong match. I appreciated how they weren't afraid to ask hard questions and I appreciated their honesty even more. I can tell they don't just hire anyone. It was challenging, but fun. It was refreshing to see how dedicated they are to their team.
