I engaged in a very thorough and professional interview with Zanette Strickland on behalf of Sound Productions for the VP of Marketing position. The conversation was collaborative, informative and tested my abilities to think of out of the box for this role. Entrevista
The process was clear and smooth.
I was contacted by Zannette for an initial interview and after our conversation detailed next steps and timing were provided. When a record-breaking storm hit, she pro-actively contacted with an updated plan. Importantly, I was contacted after a decision had been made to let me know I didn't get the offer. That might sound odd, but that courtesy is rare these days.

The questions sparked an interesting conversation revealing what is important for both the needs of the position/company and the candidate. I left the conversation more interested and excited about the opportunity.
