I applied for their internship position and received a phone call a few days later for a phone interview. I then proceeded to the next step which was a in person interview with a director. Although it was a interview, it felt more like a casual conversation with another professional. A few days later I got another call to come in for another interview with the CEO. Both interviews were enjoyable and informative conversations. The questions we're mostly behavioral with a few questions that tries to see what your personal interest are to see if you're a good fit for the company.
