Entrevista
Having applied via British Graduate Jobs, I was contacted quickly with an invitation to attend a Zoom call as a preliminary interview. It was very easy and required zero preparation, it was just the CEO explaining the business fundamentals. After this I was told to attend a second interview the following morning.
The second interview is with a 'Team Leader' who you have a quick conversation with before being put in a '1v1' on Zoom against a random interviewee and being presented with details of how the business works while you may be asked a couple of questions during the presentation. You will then have to fill out a questionnaire and email it back to the Team Leader.
If successful you will then receive a phone call from the Team Leader who will subsequently invite you to a final Zoom call. It is basically a personality quiz asking if you are resilient and willing to work hard for success. Any question you have about the structure of your role in terms of either salary or your immediate role will be purposely over convoluted in order to deter from the exact details of payment or what your role will entail. If you show any enthusiasm you will likely be offered the position.
I had to decline the offer after finding out exactly why I never got a straight answer for my exact role or salary. For a marketing position you are not told that what you will be doing is operate as a DOOR TO DOOR SALESMAN. Sure the economy is bad but I didn't go to uni to harass members of the public to purchase services they have no intention of buying IN A PANDEMIC. Furthermore they never mention how the job is COMMISSION ONLY meaning if you don't sell you will work yourself into debt as you have to pay for travel yourself.
It was a negative experience because at no stage in the interview are you told you will be a door to door salesman or that it is commission only. They don't tell you that you have to register as self employed so the company can evade labour laws concerning a minimum wage for employed workers. They actively try to hide the fact that the company operates as a MLM scheme, which numerous documentaries have detailed why it is the last place you would want to work.

Waste of time, they first schedule you for an "interview" which turns out to be more of a presentation of what the company is and does. In the email they say you'll talk about role/pay/hours/progression, but this never actually gets discussed, and if asked about they say those things are usually talked about during the actual interview. Then they schedule you for another "actual" interview. They made it sound exciting but they're just rephrasing basically a door to door/face to face job, which from reading other reviews is 100% commissions, which explains their reluctancy to talk pay. I think someone is the meeting recognised this and straight up left the zoom call.

Entrevista
The interview process is disorganised and unnecessarily long. I wasted 4 hours only to find out that it was a commission based door to door sales role dressed up as a marketing role. This was never expressed explicitly but implied throughout the process which leaves you feeling scammed. If I had not brought up the question of pay they would have continued to dance around the fact. The fact that I have just read a disclaimer from the company claiming that the reviews on here are false is incredibly alarming as I have just gone through the interview process and every negative comment on here perfectly describes my experience. This company is not to be trusted.
