No interview as they only reviewed my CV where I submitted my cover letter and some recommendation letters from former employers, then when I received the email from them it was already an offer

took awhile t o process all the paperwork but once it was done everything was relatively smooth in the end. hr was wonderful and helped throughout the process. a great orientation helped all the interns learn the ins and outs of the newsroom
