Initial interview was ok. Expect a lot of emphasis on student success and engagement. Not a college interested in research. Interview lasted approximately one and half hours. Faculty teach one online course.

It was great opportunity to meet the program director and some of the faculty team. I was provided further information about the open position and the daily activities I should expect upon starting. I felt very welcomed and appreciate the relaxed nature of the office and team members.
