I was given a phone interview first. After the phone interview I was then moved to the in person interview. When I arrived the day to day responsibilities were explained and a tour of the campus was conducted

The interview process was informative and ran smoothly. My interviewer was very thourough. We talked about different leadership and management styles along with processes and people building. I could tell that he was genuine in his representation of the institution.
