I applied for the job and was contacted by email less than two weeks later to schedule a Zoom interview with the Library Director and two other team members. Within a week of that interview, the same person who initially reached out invited me for an on-campus interview. This second interview included two new people in the room, along with the same three individuals from the Zoom session. Most of the questions came from the two in-person interviewers.
I truly appreciated how warm and accommodating everyone was throughout the process. I was given the opportunity to see my potential workspace, meet my future colleague, and even receive a tour from them.
