Initial phone call followed by team member panel interview. I am actually waiting for the next team member panel interview step. They took a long time to make an initial decision and are now taking 2 weeks to answer me on whether I am invited to the next step.

Got a call about setting up an interview after about 2 weeks. There was only one interview held at the Hammonton office with 2 individuals from the specific department you apply to and 1 hiring manager.
