Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fui entrevistado pela South Magazine (Savannah, GA) em mar. de 2019
Entrevista
Very direct, clear, and accommodating in communicating expectations. Interview process was fairly what you would expect, and covered all bases expected like experience, goals, and what to expect. This was a while back though.

Pergunta 1
What is your experience in the area of advertising?
Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 1 semana. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa South Magazine (Savannah, GA).
Entrevista
Typical for a small team, come in, speak with the owner, meet the team, etc.
The wheels started coming off when I actually got to speak to employees, who immediately went out of their way to explain I would be working way past the numbers of hours my initial talks implied, without extra pay. Most employees I talked to were either on their way out or seeking employment elsewhere. Employees also revealed pretty much all of the content of the magazine is advertising, articles included. Between that and the overworked creative team, it seems that there is little room for iteration and experimentation at South Magazine.
Finally, the pay offer was way below what I was lead to believe it would be, and frankly you could make more money tending bar, so why would a creative professional work overtime for it?

What experience did I have in mediums besides print?
Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela South Magazine (Savannah, GA) em mai. de 2015
Entrevista
I was asked to come in and meet the current editor and then the publisher met with me next. I was told they would contact me after the interview. I received an email saying that they wanted to meet me again to talk about how to "move forward" about the editor job. I came back in to meet with both or just one of them about five different times--and it was never clear whether I was hired or not and how much the job would pay. It was extremely frustrating to try to get an answer out of the publisher about what role he wanted me to play within the company, how much he could pay me, or what my hours/responsibilities would be.

I was asked if I could be available full time and if I could start right away.
I was asked if I could "mind the store" when the publisher was gone. He said he hadn't had a vacation in years (not true, I found out later) because he couldn't trust his employees to work hard while he was gone.
