Simple Process. Apply online and the Hiring Committee will contact you to set up an interview. I was offered a phone interview because I was applying from out of town, but opted for in person. The interview committee consisted of five members, all dressed business professionally. My committee was comprised of the position's immediate supervisor, someone currently in the position, a representative from admissions, one from veterans affairs and one from operations. All dressed business professionally. The interview consisted of 10 questions, presented to you at the beginning and did not follow up with questions that were not scripted. The position was explained, and we began the interview, lasting approximately 45 minutes. I did not hear back from STC for approximately three months after interviewing.
