You will go on an all day interview. You will be made to think you are being presented with a great opportunity. There are usually questions about your job history but you can pretty much get hired no matter what you say.

Entrevista
I went through 3 interviews. The lady interviewing was extremely out going and really nice. I felt really comfortable. I was really nervous. My second interview was with a manager. He was a little more serious but very professional and answered all of my questions. My 3rd interview was with another manager and he was a little laid back.. I figured the office had a great mix of personalities and it made a good fit for me. I didn't feel nervous like I thought I would be. I was looking for sales and marketing and found out through the interview process this was a good fit.

They asked me about my experience, if I could work with teams, handle adversity, and if I was competitive. We talked about my sports background, my past job, what I was looking for in a career and my leadership ability. Most difficult part was answering questions I don't get asked everyday. They also wanted to know why I thought the industry of sales and marketing was a good fit for me.
