A recruiter emailed me with pre screening questions. I then received a text message from a hiring manager requesting an interview. The interview was an hour and a half from the location I applied to. After the interview, I was asked to schedule a virtual interview a week later with all of the directors. After the virtual interview with 6 or so directors, I was asked to come into the office to meet the team and answer more interview questions. I was called 1 week after the last interview and received a verbal offer. It had been 1 month and no one from the recruitment team contacted me. After several attempts of me following up, I was (ghosted).
