They tell you they are happy with your interview and that they will soon explain the process for starting, but then you never hear from them again. When you call or write to ask if you will be starting the position, they simply don’t respond. You are left in limbo, with no one seriously informing you that you have not been hired. They are not professional. They should not waste people's time. Please be professional and clearly state if someone has not been selected—don’t leave people waiting.
