Pretty straight forward. Asked basic questions and reviewed their needs versus what i was looking for. Make sure to ask your own questions and give the interviewer the chance to explain exactly what they look for in an employee.

simple and straight forward. interviewer was pleasant and attentive. The process was a good experience and I would describe as casual. Questions were straight to the point and not tricky.
