5 personality questions. 5 technical questions. Pretty basic personality questions. Basic power analysis questions (Apparent Power, Reactive Power). They are looking to see if you are easy to work with. Don't answer something unless you absolutely know what you are talking about (with regards to the technical questions). If you don't know something, let them know but say you are more than willing to relearn the topic. They will then try to help you out.

The interview process consisted of a panel interview with four team members. The conversation lasted about an hour and included mainly behavioral questions. Each interviewer asked questions about different aspects of my background, including academic projects, teamwork experiences, and how I approach safety problems. The interview was conversational but structured, with follow up questions based on my responses.

Initial phone screen confirming several details before a panel interview with hiring manager(s) and engineer. There were around 5 questions or so, and they were roughly split between behavioral and technical.

The process was professional and straight to the point. They screen and make sure you hit all the requirements initially before moving you onto the next phase. Phone screen is about 5 minutes, very quick.
