They have a panel with set questions designed around their company values. Primarily behavioral questions. Everyone is asked the same things. It’s fair, but doesn’t lead to particularly meaningful conversations, and to my knowledge, they didn’t bring folks back for a second interview. It would have been strange (to me) to make decision without having had the opportunity for a more extensive and personal conversation.
