Pleasant interview with a panel of interviewers; everyone was very nice and questions were largely focused on behavioral questions; after the offer was made and accepted, there were communications back and forth to get me ready for my first day

Entrevista
Friendly, on time and professional. Human Resources leaders were polished and strong in their recruitment skills. Screening process was positive also. Job description was clear and HR was open to reviewing skills for other applicable positions on top of the position I applied for.

Behavior based questions requiring specific examples

Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter several months after I applied. Interviews followed fairly quickly. Was told that they would get back to me "by the end of the week" - never happened. The formal interview was behavioral. One interviewer prefaced each question with "It say:...." then read the question from the script. Felt odd.
