Failed the assessment test. It seemed to be a personality test but they said it was a workstyle safety issue. They made me sound like an anti social problem maker. This goes in direct opposite to what my past employers would say.

Extremely difficult. Talent Acquisition called me a different name. Scheduling testing and interview was complicated. Would not apply again. Hopefully someone will revamp the testing and the way they conduct their interviews.

You would need to take two tests before you jumped into the "real" interview. Process wasn't take too long but not short neither. They would provide study guide for you to take the tests. Interview itself was okay. But it needs some answering skills.

Three people panel, older/senior lever executives. Looking for their mini them. Not the actual team you would be working with. They seem to have no knowledge of the actual work that would be performed.
