Took them forever to respond. Three people interviewed me. Asked a lot of behavioral questions that are kind of hard to answer. And then we moved on to the technical questions part. They are super easy and straightforward questions.

The interview process consisted of a panel interview with four team members. The conversation lasted about an hour and included mainly behavioral questions. Each interviewer asked questions about different aspects of my background, including academic projects, teamwork experiences, and how I approach safety problems. The interview was conversational but structured, with follow up questions based on my responses.

Initial phone screen confirming several details before a panel interview with hiring manager(s) and engineer. There were around 5 questions or so, and they were roughly split between behavioral and technical.
