I applied through the EJW conference so everything was through that site and through the big conference in DC. The interview was short and I was offered a position the next day. Admittedly this was because I had a few other offers already and I was on a time crunch and pressure from them and needed to know quickly. My interview felt more like a conversation about the criminal justice system than an outright interview. My interviewer was so nice and informed, and the conversation just flowed. The interview was very short, only about 30 minutes long because of the constraints put on by the conference but I was so comfortable and so excited from the first sentence to the last.
