I interviewed with 3 different people, and at the last minute they changed my interviewer from male to female, this was difficult as I had spent the last 12 years raising my children, and she choose to climb the latter. Luckily I was able to express myself, without judgement which was unexpected, this was challenging, yet meaningful.
