Zoom interview with a few members of the team. Basic behavioral questions, goals, fit, etc. The team was amiable and relaxed. Seems like the interview varies based on which accounting team is hiring.
First phone interview. Then zoom call with 3 personal panel. Asked eight questions then I had to do a presentation. All questions were situational in nature. “Describe a time when …”

Entrevista
Five or so person panel interview. Interviewers ask interviewer questions one at a time around the table (around 7 questions) with an HR rep usually present. How you answer the questions is scored on a points system [0 - Unacceptable, 1 - Marginally Acceptable, 2 - Acceptable (answered question fully with minor specifics), 3 - Excellent (answered the question fully with specific scenarios and results)] with a high score, experience, and favorable personality usually being the one selected.
